Facts, Solutions And Guides.
*The Best Friend That Visits Every Month=)

here goes:
our cycle length, PMS and periods are all affected by what you weigh, and what you eat.

lazy fix 1: get your weight right for you. losing just a small amount ( i'm not talking about major dieting) , or gaining a bit could make all the difference to your period or PMS.

lazy fix 2: avoid caffeine, alcohol and sugary foods near your period. do this 5 days before your period and you'll reduce period pain, bloating and pre-menstrual headaches

lazy fix 3: be sensible about what you do to yourself. don't over exercise or crash diet near your period. it will throw your cycle into disarray and make you feel pretty horrible.

lazy girl's guide to diets

eat less and do more.
admit to how much you eat
-
most of us eat way too much. and thats why we are putting on weight. it sounds obvious but, when asked, most people claim they hardly eat anything
be honest - think of every morsel you put into your mouth each day.

eat chocolate if you want to -
chocolate in itself isn't bad for your diet ( unless of course, you're going through family bars everyday. ) it actually triggers the release of your brain's pleasure chemicals, a.k.a endorphins, which will improve your mood and strengthen your immunity( no wonder im always happy )

eat breakfast everyday eat carbohydrates everyday eat fat everyday eat some protein everyday
eat junk food successfully -
Indian
Avoid - pickles, poppadums, creamy curries, pilau rice
Opt for - tandoori/tikka chicken, fish dishes

Pizza
Avoid - thin crust, twisted crust, cheesy crust. ( stuff like that are loaded with fats!)
Opt for - thick crust, less cheese.

Chinese food
Avoid - egg fried rice, spring rolls, crispy duck, fried noodles.
Opt for - stir fried chicken, porridge, fish dishes and vegetables.

Chocolate
Avoid - creamy fillings, extra fillings ( it's just extra sugar and fat!) family sized bars( you'd just eat it all!)
Opt for - plain or milk chocolates, they give you the taste you'd want

tips for successful flirting=)

let your body do the talking - there's nothing more attractive to others than a person who exudes confidence. life up your chin, stand tall & put some attitude into that stride.
other non-verbal sighs of interest: tilting head to one side, tossing hair, shrugging, massaging your arms/hand

look friendly - slap a smile on your face. that'll show a guy that you wont reject him

make eye contact - guys will take it as a positive sign when you catch their eye. when you are chatting with your friend, throw him friendly glances

dont wait too around too long - there is a difference between giving him a chance to catch you on your own and waiting around like a lost dog.

be agree-able - make it easy for him to chat with you, and for god's sake, no religion and politics please! give him the opportunity to feel like an expert, you know that love that!=)

laugh with him - if he says something funny, laugh sincerely

be confident - you dont need to be perfect. concentrate on what you'll say so it wont come across as wishy washy or gibberish. Brains are sexy

try the "accidental" tough - lean in when you're talking to him and try to make some kind of brief physical contact, e.g. brief touch on his arms when you laugh.

whether it works or not, i've yet to try
more guides will be given soon, when i have spare time.
